Item For Sale: Two (2) Personal Seat Licenses (PSLs) for two side-by-side 400 level seats at the Dallas Cowboys New Stadium in Arlington Texas, Section 442, Row 13 (actual 5th row above the $12k Loge Seats), Seats 14-15. These will be incredible seats on the 45 yard line. As the owner of these seats, the winning bidder will have the exclusive right to buy season tickets, beginning in 2009, from the Cowboys, at face value, every year for the next 30 years. The full PSL price for these 2 seats is $10,000 ($5,000 per seat). I have already paid a 25% down payment ($2,500) towards the PSLs. THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMAINING $7,500 BALANCE OWED TO THE COWBOYS. The $7,500 balance can be financed through the Cowboys or paid in full at any time without penalty. Seat Details: -On the 45 yard line!! -Seat #15 is only 6 seats away from the aisle. In fact, Row 13 is only 21 seats across, meaning fewer people to walk in front of to get to the aisle. (The row behind you (Row 14) is 26 seats across). Take a look at the Section 442 seat diagram below. -400 level sideline seating is the least expensive sideline seating available at the New Stadium, and will give you the best non-club/non-loge sideline views. Check out the Cowboys' New Stadium Interactive Map: http://www.dallascowboys.com/tickets/newStadium_Interactive.cfm -These seats are only 5 rows above Loge seating. The PSL cost for sideline Loge seats is $12,000 per seat! -These seats will also have the best view to what will be the largest high-definition video board in the world (180 feet long, 50 feet high). This bad boy reaches from one 20 yard line all the way to the other. Experiencing the video board at the 45 yard line will blow you away. -Seats this close to the 50 yard line are very difficult to find. Cost Details: -The PSL fee for these 2 seats is $10,000 ($5,000 per seat). -Again, I have already paid a 25% down payment ($2,500) towards the PSLs. The buyer will be responsible for the remaining $7,500 balance owed to the Cowboys. -I will pay the $200 in transfer fees. All you pay to me is the Buy It Now price (or best offer) to take over the rights to these two PSLs and assume the financing of the remaining $7,500 PSL balance with the Cowboys. It's that simple. -The Cowboys have indicated they will finance the $7,500 for the transferee on the same terms given to me: 30-year term at 7.98% interest, with thirty annual payments. The annual PSL installment is $616, due on May 1, 2009, and March 1 of every year thereafter. You may pay off the remaining balance at any time without penalty. -Annual season tickets, beginning in 2009, will be $1,980 ($990 per seat; $99 per seat per game). The payment for season tickets is due May 1 of every year. -You may transfer these PSLs to another party, or sell them on the open market. PSLs may not, however, be transferred more than once each twelve month period that begins June 1 and ends May 31, except in the case of the death of the licensee. Note: There are no transfer fees if you transfer the PSLs to certain relatives (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandchild). PSL Transfer Process: -I will provide the winning bidder’s name and contact information to the Cowboys PSL transfer office, which will then prepare the PSL transfer paperwork. After I receive the paperwork, the winning bidder and I will coordinate signing and submitting the completed paperwork to the Cowboys for final processing.
